About Us

What is different about Basheri Homes.
Basheri Homes is not a project builder.  In other words we don't just offer a select range of homes to choose from.  Of course we do have a range of designs to choose from but these designs can be altered to suit your own particular living needs.

Often building a home is not as simple as choosing the plan you like and simply placing it on your piece of land.  There are a number of issues that have to be dealt with including covenant requirements, the suitability of your land for a particular design and the directional aspect of the home.

With the unique features of your land, its aspect and the covenant requirements we can sit with you and assist you in making the changes to an existing plan or simply drawing something up from scratch.  Let's face it, it is unlikely that you will find a plan that suits your living and financial requirements perfectly.  However, our team can work with you on the process so you can balance the decisions needed to bring your dream home to fruition.

Further to this many project builders will not build on land that has a slope of more than a meter.  Basheri Homes has taylored its business to fill this market demand.  The Forest Ridge and Cashmire designs are examples of two similar pieces of land with the fall varying on each.

Extract from 2005 home Courier Mail by Tonya Box Basheri Homes offers a range of individual house designs to suit your block.

The Cashmire, on display at Springfield Lakes, is ideal for a sloping block and is split over three levels.  The single-door entry opens on to the first level. The foyer has a stone tile floor feature that brings a sense of occasion to this space.

The three front bedrooms - all with double wardrobes - main bathroom and double garage are on the first level.

Two steps lead down to the kitchen and meals area which opens on to a small and enclosed outdoor deck.  This is a cosy dining area for warmer nights.

The kitchen features eucalypt-green cupboards, modern steel handles and black benchtops.  White tiles are used throughout the kitchen and all other living areas in the house.

Down another three steps, the lounge room opens on to a second bigger timber deck at the back of the house.  A red curved feature wall adds interest to the lounge room.  The main bedroom, to the right, has a walk-in wardrobe and ensuite with shower, toilet and single vanity.

The country cottage furniture gives a cosy feel to the house.

Overall, the Cashmire is a practical home for a family of four or five.  The bedroom at the front of the house could be used as a study or home office, if room permits.

Unlike many new homes, the Cashmire has only one living room, meaning adults and kids will have to share this space for better or worse.
