Basheri Homes is a company started for the purpose of creating and designing homes to suit the living needs of Australian people. Many project builders will supply you with a host of home designs.  However, often the details of these homes cannot be changed. At Basheri Homes we specialise in taking your ideas and bringing them into fruition through a three step process.

• Firstly we may start with an existing plan and begin to modify and change the floor plan structure.  
• Secondly, one of our team generates these ideas into a computer generated plan and 3 dimensional view of the home.  From this conceptual design we can give you a rough idea of the cost to build your home.  
• Now we are ready to sign a preliminary agreement, where we can organise for soil tests, site surveys and the formal drawing of the planOnce we have these formal plans we can cost the project accurately and draw up a contract to cover all the details of the home.
